As a general rule;

I refuse to work with bigoted people , be it racists, zionists, anti-lgbt+, ableists, etc. I would prefer to nip it in the bud and you not commission me at all.

Regarding NSFW;

I do take NSFW commissions on an occasional basis for those 18+. Clients must provide proof of age upon commission; nothing invasive, just confirmation. I refuse to draw anything related to pedophilia, bestiality, hate crimes, aged up characters, incest, etc- otherwise, kinks can be negotiated and additional content spoken about.
Yes, I will do fanart ships and selfships.

What I will not draw;

While I am usually happy to take on experiments and get outside of my comfort-zone, I will not be drawing anything with heavy mecha / machinery. Typical vehicles and simple mecha is fine.
Like with NSFW commissions, I also will refuse anything illegal in nature.I will not take commissions that do not have references provided- unless doing concept/design work. Visual references for muses are required otherwise. Photo references are okay to submit, so long as they are under free-use or personally sourced.
In the case of UGC, I will provide a concept reference as part of the commission.

Yume, Ships and Fanart;

I am more than happy to draw canon characters, ships and yume; so long they abide my other rules and are not illegal in nature.
Happy to do headcanoned appearances so long as references are provided.

Personal and Commercial Use;

No matter the terms of your commission, you may never claim my work as your own and you may never use my art for the purpose of Generative AI.
All commissions will be assumed Personal Use unless clearly stated and negotiated otherwise.
You may use the commissioned piece for edits, profile pictures, banners, etc. It is your commission, after all.
If you wish to use a piece Commercially, be it for marketing, a thumbnail, concept art, extension of your content, etc- we can negotiate a quote and terms. This will always be a case-by-case basis.

Refunds and Cancellation;

Sometimes, life happens! That is okay- I simply ask you are upfront in communication.
You can cancel anytime up til the confirmation of a sketch's second approval, for a full refund. After a sketch is approved after a secondary update and further progress is made, you may cancel for a partial refund.
If for whatever reason I personally cancel a commission, you will receive a refund in full, if not effected by prior rules. In the case of a problematic or blacklist-evasive client, I reserve the right to cancel without refund, this being case-by-case basis.

Process;

The process of my commissions can vary on type;
you can view your place on my queue at anytime.FOR TYPICAL COMMISSION:
≡ 1 . Quote and Pitch are made.
≡ 2 . Confirmation of Commission.
≡ 3 . First Sketch; if not approved, changes will be made with no extra charge.
≡ 4 . Once the sketch is approved, the payment is made and you are added to my queue.
≡ 5 . You will receive multiple updates as I make progress; please request edits at this time as needed. I am open to minor edits for as long as necessary; major fixes can be considered on a case-by-case basis.There will be an up-charge entire re-works.
≡ 6 . Final Piece is confirmed and then delivered.FOR SKEB TYPE PIECES:
= Payment is upfront for most pieces.
= For full renders, half of the payment is upfront. The second half will be required after a clean sketch is confirmed.FOR ROBLOX UGC:
≡ 1 . Quote and Pitch are made.
≡ 2 . Confirmation of Commission.
≡ 3 . First concept reference is made; if not approved, changes will be made with no extra charge.
≡ 4 . Once the reference is approved, the payment is made and you are added to my queue.
≡ 5 . You will receive multiple updates as I make progress; please request edits at this time as needed. I am open to minor edits for as long as necessary; major fixes can be considered on a case-by-case basis.There will be an up-charge entire re-works.
= 6 . The piece is finalized and imported to studio to confirm satisfaction.
= 7. If the final product is approved, the client will be given two options.
Option One;
= 8A . They may upload the product themself. An FBX file with the associated textures will be provided. The client is responsible for any upload charges there after.
= 9A . Using this method is agreeing that the product may NOT be sold as public UGC by the client- that is unless negotiated for commercial use otherwise.
Option Two;
= 8B . I will upload the UGC for the client by proxy. I will cover the submission to moderation. The price of market uploading will be covered in the price of the UGC as an additional charge. The client is then responsible for obtaining the Robux to purchase it from the store.
= 9B . Once uploaded and moderated, we will coordinate a time for me to upload the product, in time for you to purchase, then take the item offsale, as it is private. This is unless allowed to otherwise sell the UGC on the market.
= = 9.2B . Allowing for public sale of the UGC is NOT an agreement for royalties. This is YOUR decision to have it uploaded to the public market, with the revenue further funding my ability to create. Credit will be given in the bio; but that is the extent of return if chosen to keep public. It is appreciated, but entirely not expected nor necessary.
After the uploading and acquirement, this sale is considered finalized.
